Personal Details

Full Name Enter full name, e.g. John Smith.

User Name Create a User Name, e.g. 'jsmith'. This is the name you will use to log into the 4Culture application system in the future. Do not use spaces or special characters. User names and passwords are case sensitive, make sure the caps lock key is not enabled.

E-mail Enter an email address. This is necessary in case the password is lost. We respect your privacy, and will not give the address away to any third parties or expose it anywhere.

General Rules and Definitions

1.1. This website, www.apply.4culture.org, serves as the application system for Public Art and Gallery4Culture. These terms and conditions apply only to the application system for 4Culture and do not apply to any other interactions with 4Culture, including your interaction with the 4Culture website located at www.4culture.org.
1.2. 4Culture may change, add, or remove portions of these Terms of Use at any time in 4Culture's sole discretion. Notice of changes to these Terms of Use will be posted on the 4Culture website.

Content

2.1. This system allows the user/applicant to submit complete applications and save and edit draft applications. 4Culture will use this system to determine applicant eligibility and share application information with the selection committee. You agree that all information submitted on an application is true, accurate, current and complete at the time submitted through this website. 4Culture may reject any application which contains information that 4Culture suspects is untrue, inaccurate, incomplete, or is not current.
2.2. You may download or copy the content and other items displayed by 4Culture on the website for personal use, but you may not modify, publish, sell, or exploit the content of this website in whole or in part. You may not download or copy any applications of other users or applicants that you may obtain access to.

Privacy

3.1. To complete this application, you will be asked to provide personal information. We will not share your personal information with third parties. We may use your personal information to analyze your application and for other internal purposes, including contacting you for 4Culture purposes. You acknowledge that 4Culture may share your personal information to non-4Culture employees who may be participating in selection processes. 4Culture also has the right to provide user billing, account, content or use records, and related information under certain circumstances (such as in response to legal responsibility, lawful process, orders, subpoenas, or warrants, or to protect our rights, customers or business).
3.2. 4Culture maintains industry standard safeguards to ensure the security and privacy of the personal information you submit.

Communications

4.1. By choosing to register with the 4Culture online application system, you agree that 4Culture may contact you directly regarding your application and/or the funding program by using the email address that you have provided in the registration.

5.1.  By choosing to register with the 4Culture online application system, you are agreeing to abide by these terms and conditions. Your continued use of the service indicates acceptance of this agreement and any changes made to it.
5.2.  Your information will be protected in accordance with the privacy policy outlined in the 4Culture privacy policy and the terms described in Section 3 of this agreement.
5.3.  As part of the user registration process, you will select a password and User Name. You are responsible for all usage or activity on your account, including use of the account by a third party authorized by you. Any fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise inappropriate activity may be grounds for termination of your account and rejection of your application.
5.4  You agree that you will not: (i) take any action that imposes, or may impose in our sole discretion an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure; (ii) interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of the site or any activities conducted on the website; or (iii) bypass any measures we may use to prevent or restrict access to the website.

Termination

6.1.  You may terminate your account at any time by sending email to info@4Culture.org.
6.2.  4Culture may terminate or suspend your access to all or part of this service for any reason, including breach of this agreement.
6.3  If at any time 4Culture is unable to operate this website or the application process as planned (for example due to financial or administrative difficulties, fraud or technical failure such as a computer virus/bug or other form of unauthorized intervention that corrupts the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of any campaign), 4Culture reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend, modify or terminate the application process. In the event of any such termination prior to the end of an application time period, notice of such termination will be posted on the website.

General

7.1 Any claim relating to these Terms of Use and the materials submitted herein shall be governed by the laws of the State of Washington.

A link will be generated and e-mailed to you. Click the link to reach a page where you can change your password and complete the registration process.

YOU SHOULD RECEIVE A PASSWORD RESET EMAIL WITHIN 30 MINUTES. If you do not receive a message, please check in the Junk/Spam folder of your email system. If you find the message there, set us as an approved sender or choose "not junk" or "not spam" and your system should allow messages from us in the future. If the email is not in your junk mail folder, please contact the site administrator immediately.
